Delivery & Shipping Information

 Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary from garment to garment depending on whenever the item is in stock or needs to be specifically manufactured for you. Over 90% of our featured range is held in stock. Stock items are normally dispatched within 48 hours.

Garments that need to be manufactured are usually dispatched within 2 -14 days of the order being placed, however we do request that you allow up to 28 days in case we are waiting on a fabric delivery. If your order is likely to take longer than 28 days we will contact you.

Most UK deliveries are made within two days.

European orders are dispatched directly from our UK studio and can take between 3 - 14 days for delivery.

International orders are dispatched directly from our UK studio and can take 5 - 14 days for delivery.

If you do need your item by a specific date, we will do all that we can to ensure that it is with you on time. Please state the required date on your order form. If we are not able to meet your deadline, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

 Shipping

Our postage rates are all based on the weight of the garment. When you place your order online the postage rate will be automatically calculated for your delivery country. You will be able to see this total before you proceed to payment.

All parcels will require a signature on delivery, so please do not ask us to leave your order in the shed, porch etc. If you know you will not be home, please supply an alternative delivery address.

UK orders are all sent by Royal Mail first class Recorded Delivery.

European and Rest of World orders are sent by International Recorded Delivery or Airsure from our UK office.
