354 - Vamp Skirt

Classic fit and flare skirt in a stretchy black crushed velvet. The Vamp Skirt is fully paneled and fits to the waist and hips, it kicks out from below the knee into a full flared hem that is trimmed with a deep gathered black lace. The skirt has an elasticated waistband.
