All of our garments are manufactured to the highest possible standards using only top quality fabrics and trimmings. It is highly unlikely that you will receive a substandard garment from our studios.
However we do appreciate that shopping long distance can sometimes be difficult. Before you order we recommend that you double check your size against our size chart. If you are still in doubt, or you would like more information regarding the fit of a specific garment, please contact us. We are more than happy to offer accurate and honest advice.

If you receive an item that is simply not right for you, then we do offer a comprehensive returns service.

If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative garment or a credit note, please return it unworn within seven days of receipt. Please state the problem with the garment and what you would like to exchange it for. Don’t forget to include your customer details.

If you do not want an alternative item and require a refund, then you must contact us within three days of your parcel being signed for. We will then give you a return code.

Please Note: Any items returned without obtaining a return code will not be eligible for a refund and a credit note will be issued.

SALE ITEMS: Please note, we are not able to issue refunds on sale items. Garments that have been discounted can be returned for exchange or a credit note only.

When returning a garment please fold it neatly and package securely. Ensure that when you post it, a signature is required on receipt.
We will not accept returns on items that are sent back: crumpled up, have deodorant marks, pet hair or smell strongly of smoke or perfume.

Returns information for overseas customers - The following information must be adhered to if you are returning items to us. To avoid Customs charges upon receipt you are required to state clearly on the outside of the package the following statement:

"TEMPORARY EXPORT Item returned to manufacturer for repair / replacement"

Failure to state this could incur import duties. We will refuse parcels with import duties attached to them and insist they are returned to the sender.

We do not accept returns on any custom made items. Sale items may be returned for exchange or credit only. We do not offer refunds on sale goods.

Re-Stocking Fees
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a Re-Stocking fee to customers who we believe are abusing the returns policy. Repeated returns from a single order will be subject to a 20% charge. You will be notified in writing if subsequent returns are to incur a fee.
